All new Victory static caravans and lodges come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (subject to terms and conditions).

All used static caravans are checked by our team of engineers before dispatch; however, we are not able to certify them. Certification should be obtained from your electrician or gas engineer upon connection.

Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Boilers and cookers are covered for 30 days after delivery.

We are not responsible for damage caused in the event that the static is incorrectly sited, or for any damage caused in the event that the static is incorrectly connected to electricity, water or gas supplies, or sewerage and systems.
